| 3. How many vehicles am I allowed to have? |
| You are allowed 2 vehicles, which must be legally registered and tagged with a Wisconsin license plate. |

| 4. Do you allow pets? |
| Yes, you may have 1 small dog or cat. A one time $100 pet deposit required. All pets must be on a leash when outside and not left unattended. You are responsible for cleaning up your pet's feces. |

| 5. What kind of dogs do you allow? |
| Dogs cannot weigh over 12 pounds and they cannot be taller than 2 feet. We DO NOT allow Rottweillers, Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Labs, Great Danes, St. Bernard's, German Shepard's or Huskies in the park. |

| 6. Do you allow satellite television antennas? |
| Yes, but the satellite dish size is limited to 18 inches round. 24x18 elliptical satellite dishes are prohibited. |

| No, due to liabilities, the tenant is responsible for maintaining their own yard and driveway snow removal. |

| The single wide lots are 125 feet x 52 feet. |
